Constructing green buildings is very vast field and it definitely slow down the degradation of natural resources. Let us only consider using building products such as bamboo which has very short growth cycle it will surely contributes in lowering the wood demand in market which has long growth cycle just like hardwood. By just doing this you are contributing in nature conversation.
